Welcome to Shaalmi.com also hereby known as “we”, “us” or “Shaalmi.com”. We are an online marketplace and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Shaalmi.com along with its all services.

This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms. Services of this platform are being provided free for some time, we have disabled the basic commission and subscription related functionalities of Multi Vendor Marketplace and we are not receiving any commission on your sales and we are not charging any subscription fee on your membership. 

We have enabled vendors’ contact info on Product for Sale page.

Vendors’ contact info is publicly available @ Product for Sale page that enables direct contact between seller and prospective buyer. 

Hence the seller has to manage all the deliveries and seller will receive the payments directly.

We ( Shaalmi.com) are not responsible for any fraud or irregularity in payments or any other matter. 

This site ( Shaalmi.com) is providing you, your online shop page and just a free platform to showcase your products, we ( Shaalmi.com) are not responsible for anything wrong.

Since we are providing this service free of cost for a while, despite our best efforts to keep this site (Shaalmi.com) active and online, we are not responsible for any breakdown and we can not be held responsible of any loss or any inconvenience if this site ( Shaalmi.com) goes off-line for some time, and this site ( Shaalmi.com) can not be held responsible for any damage, any loss or any problem and so no user can demand any damage / any claim / any compensation from this site ( Shaalmi.com)  

We have the right to edit, change, modify, add, or remove these Terms and Conditions, partially or completely, at any time without any prior notice.   • Buyers are responsible for:

  • Shaalmi.com is not responsible for any disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
